01Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stet™, the website at madeonstet.com, and the related tools and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Made on Stet LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02What Stet is

Stet is an online tool that generates images containing text you specify. You provide the text and, optionally, reference images; our proprietary pipeline, The Stet Press™ — which uses third-party AI image models — produces the resulting image (a "proof"). The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

03Accounts & the free proof

Using the press requires a valid email address that you verify. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Each verified email address is entitled to one free proof. Creating multiple accounts or addresses to collect additional free proofs ("multi-account farming") is prohibited and may result in removal of proofs, forfeiture of credits, or termination.

04Credits, payments & refunds

The Service runs on credits. A standard proof costs 1 credit; higher-quality options cost more, with the price in credits shown at the point of use. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Credits do not expire.

Credits are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, refund unused credits. Credits that have been spent on generations are non-refundable.

Your free proof is delivered with a visible "Made on Stet" watermark. Purchasing credits removes the watermark from your subsequent proofs and unlocks a clean (watermark-free) version of your first proof.

05Your content & your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the text and reference images you submit to the Service. By submitting material, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to use it and to have it processed by the Service, and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any person or entity — including copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or privacy rights.

If you upload an image you do not have rights to, that is your responsibility, not ours. Stet does not review or verify your rights to the material you submit.

Because outputs depend on your inputs and on AI models, we make no guarantee that any output is original, free of third-party rights, or lawful for your intended use. We do not claim ownership of your outputs, but we make no representation that you own, or may lawfully use, any given output. Obtaining any clearance, review, or legal advice appropriate to your use of a proof is your responsibility.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute:

• content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
• content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that impersonates any person or organization;
• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes or endangers minors — under any circumstances;
• content promoting violence, harassment, hate, or illegal activity.

You also agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service, its security, its rate limits, or its credit system. We may remove content, refuse service, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

07Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and third-party AI model and infrastructure providers for generation and hosting. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' terms, and material you submit may be processed by them in order to provide the Service.

08Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, LEGALITY, QUALITY, OR USABILITY OF ANY OUTPUT.

09Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADE ON STET LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Made on Stet LLC and its members, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: your inputs or outputs; your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; or your infringement of any third party's rights — including, for example, a claim that a proof you created from a reference image infringed someone's rights.

11Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion. Sections 05, 08, 09, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
